Checking in and checking out

For checking in and out, a small key safe is used at the front door. 
We will provide you with an unique code just before you check in.
Checking in from 17:00 hrs
Checking out before 10:00 hrs

Environment

Because your price includes electric, water, A/C and central heating, we asks our guest to use it wisely.  Please remember when you leave the property to close all doors and windows and turn down the thermostat. 

House rules

No smoking in the building.  No illegal substances.
 
No animals in the property nor on the terrace. The only exception are guide dogs.  Please notify us of this in advance.

No bachelor parties allowed.

Checking out

 
Before you leave :

- Sweep all rooms
- Empty and clean the dishwasher, put everything back in the cupboards
- Empty and clean all rubishbins (bathroom, bedrooms, toilet and kitchen).  Garbage maybe left at the bottem of the staircase.
- Remove all food and drinks from cupboards, fridge / freezer
- Make sure that oven, microwafe oven, fridge and freezer are clean
- close all doors and windows
- check that you have left nothing behind (f.e. clothes, phone charger etc...)
- put key back into the small keysafe at the frontdoor
